Any jobs advertised with The B.E.S.T. differ in one respect only to any other job advert. 

Theres no wage!

Its important however that we develop  The B.E.S.T. along professional lines. It’s important the various roles are clear and we all know what is expected of us – even if we are not being paid. Whatever you do, you will be supported, and have a person to whom you can refer for help and guidance.

Not all of the roles do have an actual “job description” at the moment, and we are working on that as one of our objectives for this year.
